Do you offer a free trial of Enterprise?
We do not offer trials on the Enterprise plan.
If you want to import a basic custom template (or just customize logos and colors), you can try the Plus Team plan for 7 days for free.
How much will Plus AI for Enterprise cost?
It depends on how complex your needs are, like how complex your custom template is and whether you need additional automations.

Does Plus AI work with other apps?
We have built-in support for Google Slides, Google Docs, and PowerPoint.
If you use another tool that you want to integrate with Plus AI, just let us know.
Do you use my data to train your models?
We do not use Enterprise customer data to train or fine-tune our AI models. We only work with AI providers with enterprise-grade APIs that contractually guarantee data submitted through their services is not retained or used for training purposes

What’s the difference between Plus AI for Teams and Enterprise
Plus AI for Teams supports custom template import with some limitations — up to 25 slides per template, and no support for elements like charts, tables, or diagrams. There is also some work involved in getting a custom template ready for import.
Enterprise templates support unlimited slides and specialized elements and designs. In addition, we can integrate your existing slide library and connect custom assets like images and icons.
We also offer white-glove template conversion — and design, if needed — to Enterprise customers to make the set up process seamless.
How do I upload my custom template?
A normal Google Slides or PowerPoint template does not work with our AI designer out-of-the box.
On the Team plan, you can import a basic custom template (currently only in Google Slides), with some limitations (see above).
If you need more than 25 slides, support for advanced elements (charts, tables, diagrams), specialized designs (like case studies, ad mockups), OR just want someone to prepare your templates for you, Plus AI for Enterprise is a better fit.
How long does it take to set up an Enterprise template?
It depends on how well-defined your existing presentation template is (if you have one), and how complex your slide designs and content are.
Typically, it takes us about two to four weeks to set up an Enterprise customer, including designing and converting the custom template.
